What it is

Polisport front fender in black to fit Suzuki RM-Z250 (2019–2026); Suzuki RM-Z250E (2019); Suzuki RM-Z450 (2018–2026); Suzuki RM-Z450E (2018–2019).

The front fender is the primary shield against roost and mud. It mounts to the underside of the lower triple clamp. These units feature a specific profile to direct airflow into the radiators while keeping debris off the engine. Vibration and heavy landings eventually fatigue the plastic around the mounting holes. This replacement matches the factory shape and bolt pattern for a direct swap. When fitting, ensure the mounting surface is clean and avoid over-tightening the bolts to prevent stress cracks.
