Bolt-on shield for the lower triple clamp, sitting flush between the fork stanchions where roost lands hardest. The aluminium clamp is the priciest casting on the front end and scars fast behind a wheel kicking up flint or shale. A few quid of plastic absorbs the chips that would otherwise pit the anodising. Black-and-orange colourway, so it sits cleanly on Austrian-built front ends without a respray. Mounts to the existing clamp face using the OEM hardware. Polisport tooling, same plastic spec as their full plastics kits. Fit it once, forget it until the next rebuild.
