What it is

The POLISPORT MUD FLAP SX/SXF/EXC/EXCF 24 OR, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This mud flap mounts to the lower airbox and sits ahead of the rear tyre, taking the roost off your shock shaft and linkage. On the 2024-on KTM SX, SX-F, EXC and EXC-F it's the cheap part that saves the dear one: grit thrown at a shock shaft chews the seals and pits the chrome fast. The plastic flexes with the subframe, so it eventually fatigues and cracks at the mounts. A genuine UK winter service item. Check your existing mounting holes haven't elongated before you bolt the new one up.
