What it is

The POLISPORT MUDFLAP CRF450 21- RD, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Red version of the same rear mudflap for the 2021-on CRF 250 and CRF 450. It shields the shock and linkage from the roost the rear tyre throws straight at them, keeping abrasive mud away from the lower shock bearing and pivot points. Left unchecked that grit chews through suspension bearings. Uses the OEM airbox mounts for a direct, no-fuss fit against the existing bodywork. Constant flex and vibration eventually split the mount holes, so it replaces as a wear part. A small piece of plastic that quietly protects expensive suspension. Tough high-impact material.
