Radiator covers earn their place: they front the cooling cores and soak up the stones and roost that would otherwise flatten the fins. Crushed fins kill airflow and push coolant temps up fast. The original plastic hardens through heat cycles and cracks on impact, which is when you least want it to. This black set fits the OEM mounting points on the Yamaha YZ 250 F and YZ 450 F for a straight swap. After every wash, dig the trapped mud out from between the louvres so the cores stay clear. Built to hold up to the vibration a high-revving four-stroke throws at the bodywork.
