This radiator cover set guards the cooling cores against the stones and roost thrown up in close racing and on the trail. A folded fin chokes the airflow through the core and lets temps climb, so a sound guard matters. The factory plastic stiffens with heat cycles and lets go on a hard hit. This set lands on the OEM mounting points for a direct fit across the Yamaha WR 250 F, WR 450 F, YZ 250 F, YZ 250 FX, YZ 450 F and YZ 450 FX. Pick the mud out from between the louvres after washing so the cores keep flowing. It rides out the vibration of a hard-revving four-stroke without working loose.
