What it is

The POLISPORT RADIATOR COVERS GREEN, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Radiator covers feed air through the cooling fins and shield the rad cores from roost and side impacts. They sit right in the knee-brace contact zone, so the plastic takes constant boot and brace rub. Polisport moulds them to OEM shape, so they bolt straight to the radiator braces with your existing hardware. Fits the Kawasaki KX 65 and KLX 110. Swap them once the plastic cracks or the mounting points stretch. A cracked shroud lets the rad take a direct hit, and that ends a day fast.
