What it is
The POLISPORT RADIATOR COVERS ORANGE, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
The orange version of Polisport's KTM shroud, sized for the same EXC and SX platform across 125 through 530. Job is simple: route air over the radiator core and take the knocks that would otherwise crack the rad itself. The plastic flexes where a tab would snap, then springs back. Locates on the OEM mounting points and runs your standard bolts, so it goes on in minutes during a strip-down. Sold per side, so order two if both panels have gone brittle or torn at the mount. A tidier fix than running a creased original held on with cable ties.
