What it is
The POLISPORT RADIATOR COVERS ORANGE, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Orange Polisport shrouds for the later KTM EXC and SX-F range, covering the 250 and 350 four-strokes through to the 500 EXC. Their work is twofold: channel air across the radiator and absorb the side hits that would crack an exposed core. They mount on the factory points with no drilling and line up clean against the tank shoulder. Replace once the tabs start to fatigue or the plastic loses its flex after enough heat cycles. Run them as a pair so the bike sits square and gives the knees a consistent surface to lock into.
