This slider mounts directly to the swingarm pivot to protect the aluminium from chain saw action. Constant friction from the drive chain makes this a high-wear consumable. Inspect the underside for thinning during every service interval. If the chain cuts through, it will cause permanent damage to your swingarm. This part uses a specific polymer to reduce friction and noise. Fitment is model-specific for a precise wrap around the pivot point. It is a direct swap for the OEM unit on your Kawasaki.
