What it is

Forged aluminium clutch blade for the Suzuki DR, DR-Z and Kawasaki KLX trail and dual-sport range. It drops straight into the stock perch on the left bar and holds factory geometry, so the pull feel matches what the bike left the factory with. Forging is the point here. The grain runs with the load, so the blade bends before it breaks on a low-speed drop. Set your free-play on fitting. Too tight and the clutch slips and cooks the plates; too loose and it never fully disengages. A couple of millimetres at the lever tip is the target.
