Located within the crankcases, this rod connects your piston to the crank. It is a critical component for converting linear motion into rotation. Replacement is necessary if you find play in the big-end or as part of a preventative lower-end service. This kit restores the integrity of your engine's rotating mass. It contains the rod, big-end bearing, pin, and washers. You will need a hydraulic press to install this and must true the crank webs to within factory limits. Refer to your service data for exact tolerances.
