What it is

This kit allows for a full big-end rebuild of your existing crankshaft. It includes the rod, big-end pin, bearing, and thrust washers. The connecting rod is the vital link between the piston and the crank webs. Wear typically manifests as vertical play in the big-end bearing, often heard as a heavy knocking at idle. Installation requires a hydraulic press and precision truing stands to ensure the crank webs are perfectly aligned. This is a technical task for a comprehensive lower-end overhaul. It restores factory geometry and reliability to your engine's rotating assembly for a fraction of the cost of a full crank.
