What it is

The PROX COUNTERSHAFT SEAL KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Located at the drive side of the engine, this kit seals the shaft where the front sprocket is mounted. It prevents gearbox fluid from escaping and keeps contaminants out of the transmission. The kit includes the rubber seal, internal O-ring, and the metal bush. These parts should be replaced together if you notice oil dampness around the front sprocket area. The components are manufactured to match OEM dimensions for a reliable press-fit. Ensure the circlip is correctly seated after installation to keep the assembly secure. This is essential maintenance for enduro and MX use.
