The PROX MASTER CYL REBUILD KT FR, levers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Front brake rebuild kit covering the late KTM, Husqvarna and GasGas EXC/EX range, including the TPI 250/300 two-strokes and the EXC-F four-strokes. When the lever pulls long or fluid seeps past the boot, the master cylinder seals have gone. The kit replaces the piston, spring and seals to factory dimensions, with the crush washers needed for the banjo. Clean the bore with brake cleaner and check for pitting first. Get this right and the lever firms back up to a clean bite point. Bleed through with fresh fluid to the spec stamped on your reservoir cap.
