The PROX STEERING BEARING KIT YZ125-250, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

Tapered roller bearings for the head stock, top and bottom, with dust seals. The bearings your forks pivot on. Hard landings pound the lower race flat over time; you feel it as a click at dead-ahead when wheeling the bike round the workshop, then as headshake at speed. Kit covers the YZ125/250 platform, the WR250F-450F range, RM125/250, RMX, and the Fantic XE/XX/XEF builds that share the Yamaha-pattern head. Press the old races out cold, freeze the new ones to fit, pack with waterproof grease before you torque the stem nut down.
