This front sprocket mounts directly to your engine countershaft. The 13-tooth size shortens your gearing for increased torque and better low-end response in technical sections. Machined from case-hardened steel, it features mud-clearing grooves to prevent dirt build-up under the chain rollers. Front sprockets take the brunt of the drive force and should be replaced at the first sign of tooth lean. Ensure the spacer and seal behind the sprocket are in good condition to prevent gearbox oil leaks. Use a new lock washer for every install.
