What it is

The SCAR WHEEL SPACER FRONT KTM 03-, wheel spacers. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

CNC-machined from billet, hard-anodised on the seal face. Stock KTM front spacers are soft alloy — the seal lip wears a groove into them inside fifty hours, water and grit walk straight past, and the wheel bearings are pitted by the next ride. The hardened face holds the seal tight and stays smooth. Drops into the fork lugs in place of the OEM pair, keeps the axle centred and the disc square to the caliper. Fits KTM EXC and EXC-F 125 through 450, 2003 on. Worth doing when you've got the wheel off for a bearing or seal change.
