Fork rebuild time. This is the Showa service kit for the front forks you already own, so the seals match the spec your forks shipped with from the factory. Expect oil seals and dust seals in the box, plus the small bits that go with a proper strip-down. Pull the legs, drain the oil, drive the old seals out, clean the stanchions, drop the new seals in with a proper driver, refill with fresh fork oil to your manual's spec, bleed, refit. Spongy front end, weeping legs, gritty action. That's what this fixes.
