Use this for dry summer tracks or desert conditions to prevent the main filter from clogging prematurely. It extends your service interval during a race day. Slip it on before your heat and pull it off if it gets choked. It does not replace the main filter. Ensure it fits snugly over the foam without gaps. This is a consumable part for harsh environments.
