These filters are engineered for the high-speed airflow requirements of tarmac racing. The foam density is tuned for maximum intake velocity where dust levels are lower than off-road tracks. It sits in the standard airbox position. This is a vital upgrade for supermoto conversions or track builds. Pre-oiled versions allow for a quick swap in the paddock. Monitor the foam condition regularly as street grime can be more abrasive than it looks. Clean and re-oil at every oil change interval. This is a direct OEM replacement.
