This dual-stage foam filter is a direct replacement for the OEM unit. It uses two layers of bonded foam to maximise airflow while trapping fine dust. The thick, flat foam sealing ring ensures a tight fit against the airbox, preventing dirt from bypassing the intake. It is a workshop essential for routine maintenance. Service intervals depend on track conditions, but a fresh filter for every outing is standard practice. Always use a high-tack filter oil and ensure the cage is seated correctly in the airbox.
