This dual-stage foam element sits inside your airbox to protect the top-end from dirt and grit. The coarse outer foam stops larger debris while the fine inner layer traps microscopic particles. Replace your filter when the foam begins to perish or if it remains clogged after a thorough wash. Proper sealing at the airbox interface is vital to prevent dusting the bore. This is a direct replacement for your OEM unit. Ensure you use dedicated filter oil for maximum protection during dusty MX motos or wet enduro loops.
