A full crank-and-piston overhaul in one box for the CRF 250 R. Wiseco supplies the crankshaft, main bearings, seals, piston assembly and a complete gasket set, so the whole rotating assembly goes in fresh at the same tolerance. High-strung 250 four-strokes eat big-end bearings once the hours climb; replacing crank and piston together beats chasing failures one at a time. Split the cases with a proper case splitter, deburr the mating faces, and check crank runout before closing up. Restores factory compression and takes the vibration out of a tired motor.
