The complete-engine answer for a YZ 250 that's overdue. Wiseco pairs its forged Pro-Lite piston with a fresh crankshaft assembly, main bearings, seals and the gasket set, so the whole rotating package goes back to zero hours in one job. On a big-bore two-stroke the crank and top-end wear together; replacing both keeps the new piston from inheriting the old bottom end's vibration. Forged construction gives the crown more margin against detonation than cast. Verify ring end gap and squish clearance before you button up the cases.
