Wiseco's Pro-Lite rebuild kit for the Honda CR 250 R takes the whole engine back to zero hours. You get the assembled crank, main bearings, seals, a forged Pro-Lite piston with rings and clips, and the full gasket set. The 250 two-stroke big-end wears long before the cases do, so replacing crank and top-end together keeps the rotating assembly on matched clearances. Check ring end gap against the bore before it goes in and use a case splitter rather than levering the crank out.
