What it is

Wiseco's Pro-Lite kit takes a 65 from tired to fresh in one rebuild: forged piston, crankshaft, main bearings, seals and the gaskets to close it all up. Fits the KTM SX 65 and Husqvarna TC 65, which share the same motor. Small-bore two-strokes rev hard and get raced harder; ring grooves and big-end bearings go long before the rest of the bike. Fitting crank and piston as a matched set keeps tolerances honest. Measure bore taper before the piston goes in, and oil the small-end and big-end generously on first assembly.
