What it is

The WISECO ENGINE REBUILD KIT PRO-LITE, engine. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

A complete refresh for the Kawasaki KX 100, bottom end and top. The Pro-Lite spec pairs a forged piston with a new crankshaft, main bearings, seals and gasket set, so the whole rotating assembly starts at zero hours together. The 100 gets ridden by fast kids stepping up from an 85: sustained high revs, short service intervals. Forging cuts reciprocating mass and holds ring grooves in shape longer than a cast slug. Measure bore taper first, lube the wrist pin and big-end on assembly, and run it in properly.
