What it is

Wiseco forges its pistons rather than casting them, which suits the LC4 well: a big four-stroke single that loads its piston crown hard on every firing stroke. This kit covers KTM's LC4 620, 625 and 640 range, from Duke and EXC through SMC and Adventure. Piston, rings, wrist pin and circlips included. Check ring end gap in your bore before assembly and confirm the bore is within service limit. A big single with tired clearances will slap and drink oil long before it fails outright.
