This forged component is designed for the high-pressure environment of your top-end. It offers increased strength and durability compared to cast pistons, making it ideal for hard-ridden bikes. You should replace this kit when you reach the hour limit in your service manual or if you notice a loss of compression. Accurate measurement of your cylinder bore is required to ensure the correct skirt clearance. During the rebuild, check the ring end gap and ensure the circlips are fully seated. This kit includes the piston, rings, gudgeon pin, and clips for a complete refresh.
