The DT 80 LC II runs liquid cooling, so the trail demands ratchet up fast. Watch the rad hoses and head gasket on slow technical sections — heat soak kills these motors. Service the water pump seal when you do the piston. Rings and piston go in on schedule; don't stretch the interval. Keep the coolant fresh and the cap pressure tested.
