Steel drive plates provide the necessary mass to dissipate heat from the clutch pack. They are less prone to warping than aluminium alternatives under extreme stress. Replacing these alongside your friction plates ensures the stack height remains within OEM specifications. Check for any discoloration or heat spotting on your old plates before fitting these. These are sold individually to allow for precise stack adjustment and consistent lever feel throughout your moto.
