This complete kit replaces the entire internal stack to restore drive and eliminate slip. It includes both friction plates and steel drive plates for a full transmission refresh. The Kevlar friction material is designed for the high-heat environment of enduro and motocross racing. Over time, heat cycles degrade the friction material and warp the steels, leading to a vague lever feel. Installing a full kit ensures all components wear at the same rate and restores the factory stack height. Verify your pressure plate and basket for notches before fitting this new assembly.
