What it is

This replacement end cap is designed for the Powercore 2 silencer series with a 1.125-inch diameter. Stainless steel construction ensures it survives the heat and vibration of race use. End caps often need replacing after a heavy crash or if the mounting rivets have ovalised the holes over time. A loose end cap leads to air leaks and can eventually damage the aluminium canister. You will need to drill out the existing rivets to install this part. Ensure you use gas-tight rivets and a fresh bead of high-temp silicone for a proper seal.
