What it is

The FMF EXHAUST O-RING KIT KTM, exhaust packing. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This kit contains the specific O-rings required to seal the exhaust manifold on your KTM. These seals sit between the cylinder head and the header pipe to prevent oil leaks and exhaust gas escape. Heat and vibration cause these rings to flatten or perish over time, leading to messy leaks down the front of your engine. Replace these every time you remove the exhaust for maintenance or a top-end rebuild. Apply a small amount of high-temp grease to the rings during installation to help them seat and prevent tearing.
