This titanium header reduces front-end weight while broadening the powerband of your CRF250. The resonance chamber increases exhaust volume to boost low-to-mid torque. It sits directly at the cylinder head and integrates with the stock mid-pipe or matching silencers. Titanium offers the lightest possible construction for competitive racing. It is a model-specific fit for the 2025 chassis. Use anti-seize on the mounting bolts during assembly. Replace the exhaust gasket when fitting this header to ensure a gas-tight seal. This component is designed for serious track use where every gram matters.
