This muffler is engineered for riders needing to meet strict sound requirements without sacrificing performance on the KX250. It features a complex internal baffle system and a spark arrestor for trail and enduro use. The hex-shaped canister increases internal volume for better noise damping. It sits on the right-hand side of the subframe and bolts up to the OEM header. This is the correct choice for green lanes or noise-sensitive tracks. Periodic maintenance of the spark arrestor screen is necessary to prevent carbon build-up and power loss.
