This muffler is a dedicated upgrade for the DRZ400S, providing a significant weight saving over the heavy stock unit. It includes a spark arrestor, making it fully compliant for trail and green lane use. The stainless steel and aluminium construction handles the heat of dual-sport riding. It bolts to the subframe and improves throttle response across the rev range. You may need to adjust your carburettor jetting to compensate for the increased airflow. This part transforms the bike's power delivery and provides a much-needed weight reduction for technical off-road sections.
