What it is

The FMF POWERCORE 2.1 SILENCER ALUMINUM, slip-ons. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.

This silencer updates your 2-stroke exhaust circuit with a larger canister for increased packing volume. It smooths the power delivery across the rev range compared to shorter units. The aluminium construction offers a weight saving over OEM steel components. It mounts directly to the subframe using existing points. You will notice a crisper throttle response and a deeper exhaust note. Check your jetting or fuel mapping after installation to ensure the engine runs correctly. Replace the internal packing every 20 to 30 hours to maintain performance and noise levels.
