This unit replaces your heavy stock component. It sharpens throttle response and sheds significant weight. It sits at the end of the exhaust circuit. It is secured by the subframe mounts. The extruded aluminium canister houses a perforated core for optimal flow. You will need to monitor the internal packing. Replace it when the exhaust note becomes hollow or loud. This maintains backpressure and engine performance. It is a direct bolt-on fitment for your specific model. Use a fresh gasket or high-temp sealant at the mid-pipe junction for a leak-free seal.
