This straight-cut end cap replaces a damaged or worn exit on your silencer. It sits at the very rear of the exhaust circuit and is often the first part to take a hit in a crash. Replacing a dented cap restores proper exhaust flow and prevents leaks that can affect your jetting or mapping. You will need to drill out the existing rivets and use a rivet gun for installation. Apply a small amount of high-temp silicone to the mating surface to ensure an airtight seal. It is a standard maintenance item for high-hour race bikes.
