What it is
The K & N OIL FILTER HONDA, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Direct replacement for Honda OEM 15412MEN671, the filter that sits behind the cover on the side of the engine. It feeds clean oil to the top-end and crank on the CRF 250 R and 450 platform, plus the rebadged Husqvarna and HM Moto equivalents. High-revving thumpers lose oil pressure fast when the element clogs, so change it at every service interval in your manual. Check the orientation in the housing before you torque the cover. Fitted backwards it chokes oil flow and the engine pays for it.
