Twelve-inch hoop on the CR65, CX65, CRF110 or KLX110? This is your tube. TR-4 valve, straight stem, standard wall thickness for mini bikes and pit-track duty. Fit it dry-handed, dust the inside of the tyre with talc, and feed the valve through the rim hole square before you seat the bead. Crooked valves shear the first time the kid grabs a fistful of throttle out of a rut. Check the rim tape for nicks while you're in there, snug the rim lock, and bring it up to pressure in stages so the tube settles inside the carcass.
