This roller mounts to the frame to manage chain slack and reduce friction as your suspension moves through its stroke. It replaces OEM parts 52175-MEN-A70, 52175-MKE-A00, 52176-KRN-710, and 52176-KRN-A30. Over time, the internal bearings seize or the outer material grooves out, leading to increased drag and noise. Check this part whenever you adjust your chain tension. It is a simple bolt-on component that maintains proper drive line alignment during heavy bottoming on the track or trail. Regular replacement prevents the chain from slapping the frame.
