This shark fin replaces your OEM brake caliper carrier to provide rigid protection for the rear disc. It sits at the bottom of the swingarm, shielding the rotor from rock strikes and ruts. It is essential for hard enduro and technical trail riding where impacts are frequent. The integrated design is stronger than bolt-on plastic guards. Check your axle diameter for fitment before installation. Slide the carrier onto the swingarm guide and torque your axle nut to spec. It keeps your braking circuit functional in the harshest terrain.
