Moose's 4.8 N/mm rate suits riders over 80kg pushing a KX250, KX250F or RM-Z250 hard. Stock springs sack out under that weight, leaving the front low in corners and prone to harsh hits off jump faces. Step up the rate and the chassis sits flatter under brakes, the bars come up where you want them, and the fork holds its mid-stroke through choppy braking bumps. Fits 43.5mm tubes. Set race sag before you ride it, then tune rebound to match. Cheaper than a revalve when the spring rate is what's actually wrong.
