Your fork's leaking and you've found the right seal. 37mm tube, 50mm OD, 11mm thick. Drops straight in where the original sat. Aftermarket Moose kit, sold as a single seal, so grab two if you're doing both legs (and you should be doing both legs while the forks are off the bike). Pop the dust seal, clip out the retainer, drift the old one out clean. New seal goes in lip-down with a proper driver, not a socket and hope. Fresh oil at the spec your manual quotes, bleed the air, bolt it back up. Job done before tea.
