At 4.0N this is the softer end of the range, for lighter riders or slower technical going where you want the fork to use its travel. Match the rate to your kitted weight and the front tracks better over chop instead of skating across the top. Direct OEM swap covering the KTM, Husqvarna, GasGas EC and Beta enduro platforms. Spring rate is the first decision in any fork rebuild; everything else stacks on top of it. Torque the caps and clamps to sequence on reassembly and run fresh oil to keep the damping honest.
