What it is
The Moose Offroad MASTER CYLINDER REBUILD KIT, motocross part. Stocked by Iron Offroad, the UK MX hard parts specialist.
Seals and piston for the inside of the master cylinder, sold as a service kit instead of a complete unit. Brake fluid is hygroscopic. It pulls in moisture, the seals swell and harden, and lever feel goes long before you notice the bite point creeping. This set returns the bore to OEM clearance. Fits a broad run of KTM and Husaberg EXC and EXC-G models, including the older RACING-spec four-strokes and the 530s. Clean any grit out of the bore first, since a scored wall will chew a fresh seal in a few rides. Lubricate with the fluid you intend to run.
