Moose's 3.25/3.50-16 tube is the workhorse behind the rear hoop on most full-size enduro and trail bikes running a 16-inch rear, plus the bigger end of mid-size MX rims. TR-4 straight valve clears standard rim drillings without fuss. Run it with a proper rim lock and torque the valve nut last, after the bead has popped. Fit it when the tyre comes off, not when it lets you down twenty miles into a loop. Talc the carcass, keep your levers off the rubber, and you'll get a full tyre's life out of it.
